From survey to switch-on

  1. 01

    Site assessment

    An engineer inspects your roof structure, shading and electrical room, and we review 12 months of bills. About half a day on site.

  2. 02

    Proposal

    A system design with a production estimate, a fixed price and the savings case. Ready within 10 working days.

  3. 03

    Permits and install

    We file the permits and the net-metering application with Meralco. Installation usually takes 4 to 10 weeks, with no shutdown.

  4. 04

    Monitoring

    Production is monitored remotely. Panels are cleaned and checked twice a year for the first five years.

Buy the system

You own the system from day one and keep all of the savings. Most of our clients choose this.

Solar lease, no upfront cost

We fund, own and maintain the system. You pay a fixed rate per kWh it produces, set below your grid rate. Contracts run 10 to 15 years.

Questions we hear a lot

Is my roof strong enough?

Most metal and concrete industrial roofs are. Panels add about 15 kg per square metre. The site assessment includes a structural check, and we tell you if anything needs reinforcing before you commit.

What happens on weekends when the plant is closed?

Under net metering, power you don’t use is exported to the grid and credited on your bill. For sites with long shutdowns we size the system to keep exports low.

How long do the panels last?

Panels carry a 25-year performance warranty and inverters 10 years. We include inverter replacement in the lifetime cost in your proposal.

Do we need to shut down during installation?

No. Roof work happens around your operations. The final connection takes a few hours and is scheduled for a weekend or a planned shutdown.
